Allan Danto, President
Allan Danto has more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience in senior management roles at Medical Imaging Centers of America, General Electric Medical Corporation, Clinicon and Toshiba Medical Systems. With an impressive history of managing start-ups and growing small to medium sized businesses, he is very experienced in revenue sharing strategies, joint ventures, developing and implementing marketing and distribution and organizing operational plans for healthcare technology companies. He established Danto & Associates to assist physician practices with operational, marketing and distribution and has assisted in the creation of more than 40 rejuvenation, laser and medical spas around the world. He attended Ohio State University and earned his degree in electrical engineering.

Tracy Vandenbroeke, Director of Business Development
Tracy Vandenbroeke has over 20 years of medical sales/management experience, 17 of which have been dedicated to the field of aesthetic medicine. She has held management positions with Laserscope (now Iridex Corp.), Clinicon Corporation, and Med-Aesthetic Solutions. Her extensive work with lasers, RF and pulsed-light technology, LED, and cosmesutical products, has made her a very respected expert in the field. One of Tracy’s outstanding qualifications includes being the founder of The Image Center, a highly successful medi-spa. This experience has given her a unique understanding of the needs and issues of her customer’s from their prospective. In addition, she has been an integral part of several corporations in the aesthetic filed that have successfully launched several new products. She applies to her work these many years of personal experience and industry knowledge to assist professionals worldwide in the success and growth of their own medi-spas and aesthetic practices.

Thomas O’Brien, Director & Advisory Board
Thomas O’Brien has held executive positions with leading companies such as Pfizer, Toshiba, Johnson & Johnson and Palomar. With more than 25 years of general management experience, he is recognized for his special expertise in domestic and international sales, marketing and distribution of high tech medical systems and services, forging strategic alliances and new business development. O’Brien formed a consulting business in 2004 to provide distribution, strategic alliance, product development and international business development for companies in the cosmetic/aesthetic and medical technology industries. He earned a degree in foreign languages from the University of Maryland. Specializing in Chinese Mandarin, he served as a Chinese linguist with top secret crypto clearance at the National Security Agency.

Dave Davis, Operations Manager
Dave Davis has almost 30 years diversified experience in electronics manufacturing operations, with emphasis on manufacturing, material control, purchasing and warehouse management. He has taken leadership roles in attaining ISO9001 Certifications and CE Marks for FDA regulated medical device equipment. Davis began in manufacturing at Cohu Electronics/Delta Design. He most recently directed operations for three independent, start-up medical manufacturing companies: Tissue Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of laser technology for skin resurfacing; Innovative Optics, Inc., a microkeratome manufacturer for the refractive surgery market and IntegreMed, LLC, a manufacturer of microdermabrasion equipment for the dermatology and skincare market, where his management responsibilities included implementation and supervision of computer hardware and software installation, establishing policies, procedures, quality systems, general accounting and staffing all production, warehouse and administrative positions.

Greg Stevenson, National Accounts Sales Manager
Greg Stevensonhas over 13 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetic capital equipment arena.  He has held management positions with HGM Medical Laser Systems, Laserscope, as well as Iridex Corp. While working closely with distribution partners, on both an individual as well as corporate level, he has helped to create and implement countless successful aesthetic programs for both private physician offices and large medical group practices.  His beliefs in the company philosophy, that a consultative selling approach is integral in helping to build a positive experience and ongoing working relationship between MAS, the distributer sales representative, as well as the physicians who ultimately benefit from this partnership.  He earned a B.A. in education from Weber State University, which has served him well in helping to develop his sales and management style.

John Earle, MBE, International Distribution
John Earle has spent 35 years in health care and the international distribution of medical products and equipment. After working in export management at BOC Ohmeda, he went on to become a founder and managing director of Ticomed Ltd., establishing worldwide distribution and subsidiaries in the Far East and Australia. Over the past 15 years, Earle has focused on the laser and aesthetic medicine markets and co-founded a successful cosmetic surgery practice in the United Kingdom, specializing in developing new technology procedures. He was honored as a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his service to British hospital products exports.

Steven Georgiev, Business Advisory Board
Steven Georgiev began his career in the systems division of major aerospace and defense contractor AVCO, now Textron. He then founded Dynatrend, Inc., a systems engineering and program management company that he took public. The company performed work for a variety of government agencies, including the Defense Department and Departments of Transportation, Energy and State and was sold to EG&G, a NYSE technology and service company. Georgiev then co-founded and served as chairman and chief executive officer of the medical laser company Palomar Medical Technologies, Inc., also taking that company public. He has been instrumental in a number of public offerings and additional equity and debt financings aggregating more than $800 million. Georgiev earned a B.S. degree in engineering and physics from Cornell University and holds a M.S. degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan Fellow).
